Crafted with passion and expertise, Eden’s Gold is a collaboration born from the heart of Southampton’s orchards. Co-produced with the legendary cider maker Stephen Hayes, a retired doctor with over 40 years of cider-making experience, this cider is the culmination of a lifelong dedication to the craft.
 
Stephen Hayes, renowned for his exceptional cider-making skills, personally selected each apple from his orchard—a haven of British heritage varieties. Our cider features a unique blend of Harry Masters Jersey, Kingston Black, Dabinett, and the beloved Cox Orange Pippin, each bringing its own distinctive character to the bottle.
 

Every apple in our cider was handpicked and pressed by hand, ensuring only the finest fruit made it into the press. The result is a cider with a deep, rich apple flavor that stands out from the rest. Aromatic and smooth, this 6% ABV cider is incredibly easy to drink, offering a refreshing experience with every sip.
