Crafted in Prestwood by Graeme Summers, a beekeeper with 25 years of experience, our mead celebrates the remarkable work of honeybees. Visiting Graeme’s home and garden, I saw his hive firsthand—it was incredible to witness these tiny workers and the honey they produce.

Graeme combines their honey with water and yeast, then patiently ferments it over three to six months before passing it to me to bottle. The result is a delicious honey wine, made with care and a truly local story.
